Access to ICF Gateway technical services

All active members may commission ICF Gateway’s full portfolio of funding, R&D, innovation, partnership, investment-readiness, valuation, proposal and project-management services.

ICF Gateway Access and ICF Innovation Readiness members receive preferential member rates for separately scoped assignments. ICF Strategic Advisory members receive a defined annual technical-service allocation and preferential rates for eligible work required beyond that allocation.
